14-year-old dies after Union City car and box-truck collision

A 14-year-old girl died after the Mazda sedan she was riding in collided with a commercial box truck in Union City, police said. The crash happened around 8 a.m. Friday, September 11, on Alvarado-Niles Road just west of Decoto Road.
